1.       Age Requirement Policy
Roadgamer.com does not sell products and services to persons under the age of 21. Roadgamer.com makes every effort to ensure that travel packages are not purchased by anyone who is under the age of 21. By placing an order through this site, you are representing yourself to us to be at least 21 years of age.  If you do not place an order for personal travel and instead purchase a package on behalf of someone else, you are also representing that the person who is traveling is also at least 21 years of age.

2.       Rates & Reservations
You acknowledge that Roadgamer.com pre-negotiates flight costs with airlines, room rates with hotel suppliers, event ticket prices, event transportation, and meals and entertainment packages on your behalf based on discounted group travel rates. The rates displayed on Roadgamer.com is a combination of the pre-negotiated group travel rates negotiated by Roadgamer.com and the facilitation fee retained by Roadgamer.com to compensate us for our services. You authorize Roadgamer.com to book hotel reservations, air travel including seat location, event ticket purchase, ground transportation, and any additional add-ons such as meal and entertainment packages on your behalf. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Roadgamer.com for the total travel package price stated. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize Roadgamer.com to facilitate hotel reservations and air travel on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel and air suppliers.
 
3.       Refund Policy
Roadgamer.com packages are non-refundable and non-cancelable. Roadgamer.com receives discounted travel packages and promotions based on guaranteed purchase commitments of large travel groups. Partners such as airlines, hotels, and entertainment venues require payment from Roadgamer.com in advance and do not provide cancellations or refunds after reservations have been made or tickets have been purchased. Failure to show up for your flight, to the hotel, or to the event will be result in the full amount being charged.
 
4.       Transfer Policy
Roadgamer.com travel packages may be transferred to another person up 30 days prior to trip departure. Transfer person names, birth date, and travel information must be submitted in writing and approved by Roadgamer.com 30 days prior to trip departure. To obtain a package transfer please email support@roadgamer.com with the Subject “Package Transfer.” Sending a request does not confirm a transfer. Transfers will only be rewarded in writing at the discretion of Roadgamer.com.

5.       Indemnity
By accepting these terms and purchasing a travel package with Roadgamer.com, you agree not to hold Roadgamer.com liable for personal physical injury, including death, that occurs during your trip. Roadgamer.com is a third party travel booking site and does not assume liability physical or mental well being of persons traveling with Roadgamer.com partners such as airlines, hotels, venues, transportation services, entertainment companies, or any services purchased through this site. For individual liability policies please refer to partner sites and agreements.

6.       Deal Expiration or Cancellation
Roadgamer.com reserves the right to cancel a package at any time, including cancellations caused by expiration of a deal based on unmet volume of purchased required for a group to obtain the deal. When Roadgamer.com puts deals on this site for sale, a certain number of purchases must be made in order for the group and individuals in the group to qualify for the discounted package price. Failure to meet the deal’s set purchase number may result in cancellation of the deal. Roadgamer.com may also cancel a deal at any time for any reason including market conditions, travel conditions, security threats, changes in partner agreements and pricing, or any other conditions that may effect Roadgamer.com, partners, and travelers.
